Role Description: The Accounts and Compliance Manager will be responsible for managing the company's financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting internal control process. This includes reviewing accounting vouchers, maintaining accurate financial records, and timely statutory filings. Key Responsibilities: Perform regular bank reconciliations and monthly ledger scrutiny Ensure timely GST, TDS, PF & ESI filings and statutory compliance Handle payroll processing, and manage statutory deductions Conduct monthly inventory audits and reconcile stock records Process lender payments and verify supporting documentation Prepare and maintain daily Non-Performing Asset (NPA) reports Scrutinize ledgers monthly to ensure accuracy and completeness. Qualifications Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in accounting, payroll, taxation (GST, TDS), and compliance functions. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and financial management. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Good communication and interpersonal skills. / CA Inter preferred.
