Job Title: Associate Creative Director – Copy Location: Bangalore Reporting to: Sr. Creative Director / NCD Team: Creative (Copy) About the Role: We’re on the hunt for a sharp, strategic, and inspiring Associate Creative Director – Copy to join our growing creative team at MRM Bangalore . As a digital-first thinker and brand storyteller, you’ll partner with art directors, designers, planners, and clients to bring smart, emotionally resonant, and effective ideas to life. Whether it’s big brand campaigns, social-first storytelling, integrated platforms, or digital innovation—you'll be at the heart of it all. Key Responsibilities: Lead copy development across multiple campaigns—digital, social, film, CRM, experiential, and more. Craft compelling narratives and guide the tone of voice for brands across all touchpoints. Collaborate closely with art partners and strategy teams to create conceptually strong, insight-driven work. Present creative concepts to internal stakeholders and clients with clarity, passion, and rationale. Supervise and mentor a team of junior and mid-level copywriters—giving direction, feedback, and guidance. Stay on top of cultural, digital, and category trends to infuse work with fresh, relevant perspectives. Drive the creative quality and ensure alignment with brand objectives and strategy. Who You Are: 7-9 years of experience in copywriting, with at least 2 years in a leadership or ACD-level role. Strong portfolio showcasing integrated campaigns, brand thinking, and digital-first ideas. Exceptional storytelling and writing skills, with versatility across formats—long copy, scripts, headlines, taglines, social copy, etc. Ability to think conceptually and execute strategically. Confident in presenting ideas to clients and leading internal brainstorms. A proactive collaborator who’s equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves to write as they are reviewing and guiding others. Experience working on large-scale brands or global accounts is a plus.
