We are seeking a highly experienced S4 Program Regional Lead (PRL) to support a critical SAP S/4HANA transformation initiative across the APAC region. This is a full-time contract role, with a minimum 3-day onsite presence in Chennai. Key Responsibilities:Act as the primary regional liaison for the S/4HANA program, ensuring alignment between Digital Solutions, the program team, and local business functions. Collaborate closely with regional business teams, change management, communication, and cutover managers to drive program engagement and execution. Lead the regional orchestration of preparation, cutover, and hypercare activities , identifying and mitigating local deviations from the global plan. Coordinate cross-functional regional activities , ensuring dependencies between local teams are managed effectively. Provide clear communication and transparency across stakeholders, translating technical program elements into actionable business activities. Requirements:Proven experience in S/4HANA brownfield implementations , particularly in the Deploy & Run phase using the SAP Activate methodology . Background as a business project manager, project lead, or cross-functional workstream lead . Strong business cutover experience and ability to deliver value from day one. Exceptional communication and coordination skills ; not a technical consultant, but a strategic facilitator and integrator.
