Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Sales Officer to drive sales and expand our market presence in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FMCG sales and distribution, with a preference for those who have worked with organic products. The role involves strategic product placement, managing promotional activities, and building strong retail partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Distribution: Identify, approach, and onboard retail outlets, supermarkets, cafes, and distributors to expand market reach. Product Placement: Ensure optimal visibility and positioning of Organic Universe tea across retail and distribution channels. Promotional Activities: Plan, coordinate, and execute in-store promotions, sampling events, and marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and sales. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders to drive repeat business. Market Research & Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies. Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while tracking performance metrics. Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales performance, market insights, and promotional effectiveness to the management team. Requirements: Mandatory: Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG sales and distribution. Preference for candidates with experience in marketing or sales of organic products. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple accounts and work independently. Passion for organic and sustainable products.
