Job Description

Job Title: Sr. Finance Executive Department: Finance & Accounts Location: Bangalore CTC: 4-7 LPA Preferred Experience Required: Semi Qualified CA with Experience of 2-3 years, with minimum 5 years of Experience, MBA in finance with at least 5 years of relevant experience. Preferred work experience in CA Firm Looking for additional experience into GL and AR (Account Receivable). Job Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: Accounting & Finance Operations: Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and internal accounting policies. Oversee full-spectrum financial operations: receivables, payables, payroll, asset management, taxation, inventory, and statutory compliances. Manage accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures. Maintain control over revenue, cost, payroll, fixed assets, and inventory accounting. Lead treasury operations including daily banking activities and reconciliations. Accounts Payable & General Accounting: Handle end-to-end Accounts Payable including invoice processing, vendor reconciliation, and payments. Maintain proper accounting entries including journal entries, ledgers, and trial balances. Maintain accurate vendor records and resolve any discrepancies. Oversee debtor and creditor reconciliations and final sign-offs. Taxation & Compliance: Ensure full compliance with Direct and Indirect Tax laws. Handle TDS deduction, deposit, and quarterly returns across all applicable sections. Manage GST filings, reconciliation, and compliance activities. Support income tax return filing and statutory filings. Reporting & Audit: Prepare insightful MIS reports and review decks for management reporting. Lead internal, statutory, and tax audit processes by providing timely and accurate data. Review financial statements for both statutory and management use. Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and strategic financial planning.
