Job Description

Key Responsibilities Build and manage strong relationships with beauty, skincare, and lifestyle influencers —both micro and macro Identify, vet, onboard, and brief influencers for product launches, content series, and seasonal campaigns Collaborate with creators to deliver high-performing content across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms Ensure timely and quality execution of influencer campaigns that meet engagement, viewership, and conversion goals Track performance and optimize campaigns based on engagement rates, saves, shares, views, and ROI Work with internal teams (brand, performance marketing, content) to integrate influencer content into broader campaigns Stay ahead of creator trends, new platforms, and content formats to keep our brand top of mind Build a sustainable influencer pipeline and seeding strategy that combines reach, authenticity, and cost-effectiveness Who You Are 3–5 years of hands-on experience leading influencer campaigns for premium D2C brands (preferably beauty, wellness, or lifestyle) Deep understanding of how to create engaging influencer content —visually, tonally, and platform-wise Strong relationships or prior collaborations with beauty and skincare creators Analytical mindset: track performance data, extract insights, and continuously optimize Exceptional communication and coordination skills—able to brief and align influencers, videographers, and editors with clarity
