Location Pan India Key Responsibilities Act as the primary onsite resource for all Microsoft 365 Copilotrelated queries and issues Provide handson support and training to executives and end users ensuring they can effectively use Copilot and its features Collaborate with IT and business teams to understand user requirements and tailor Copilot functionalities to meet those needs Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance user proficiency and adoption of Copilot Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to Microsoft 365 Copilot and its integration with other tools Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including user guides best practices and troubleshooting tips Stay updated with the latest features and updates of Microsoft 365 Copilot and proactively share this knowledge with the team Gather feedback from users to identify areas for improvement and work with the development team to implement necessary changes Provide detailed reports and updates to senior management on the progress and effectiveness of the Copilot pilot program Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field 5 years of experience with Microsoft 365 including handson experience with Microsoft Copilot Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 applications including Teams SharePoint and OneDrive Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to train and support users at all levels Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Experience with AIdriven tools and automation within Microsoft 365 is a plus Strong documentation skills and attention to detail Preferred Skills Experience in a similar role supporting executivelevel users Familiarity with Power Platform and its integration with Microsoft 365 Knowledge of security and compliance best practices within Microsoft 365 environments Certification in Microsoft 365 or related technologies is highly desirable Skills Mandatory Skills : M365, MS Co-pilot, Prompt Engineering and AI tools, Scripting, Power platform
