Strong Knowledge of Accounting, Taxation (GST, TDS), and Compliance. Excellent Negotiation and Dispute Resolution Skills. Analytical Mindset for Credit Monitoring and Risk Mitigation. Ability to Work with Cross-Functional Teams (Sales, Legal, Finance) AP : Vendor payments, Vendor reconciliations, MIS reporting, Host-to-host payments, Hands-on experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel tools Business Finance / FP&A : Knowledge of Ind AS/IFRS; should be well versed with consolidation exercise. Advance computer skills and proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Confidence to express opinions and ability to explain financial issues to non-financial management.
