The Position: As a Design Merchandiser of CHASE LABS, one will be responsible for designing, defining, and implementing design and merchandise direction through detailed short and long-term sales strategies. These will include data-backed product selections aligned with customer needs and requests. Responsibilities: Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance designers’ expectations and the company’s objectives. Collaborate with buyers, suppliers, distributors, and analysts to negotiate prices, quantities, and time scales. Coordinating among the designing, marketing & merchandising team. Forecast profits/sales and plan budgets. Remain up to date with the industry’s best practices. Directing fashion photo shoots. Requirements: 1. Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate. 2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 3. Strong listening, presentation, and decision-making skills. 4. Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
