Role Description We’re hiring an Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Bengaluru. This role involves managing the entire sales process from identifying and reaching out to potential customers, understanding their needs, introducing our cloud and AI solutions, and coordinating with internal teams for the next steps. The ideal candidate should have strong lead generation skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen interest in cloud technology and modern business solutions. Responsibilities • Identify and generate new business leads through outbound calls, emails, and tools like Apollo & LinkedIn Sales Navigator • Explain company services clearly to potential clients (Cloud, DevOps, AI, etc.) • Understand client needs and suggest suitable solutions • Schedule meetings or product demos with senior sales/tech teams • Maintain lead and customer data in Zoho CRM • Work closely with marketing and technical teams to move prospects through the sales pipeline • Follow up consistently to build relationships and ensure client interest Qualifications • 01–02 years of experience in sales or lead generation • Fluent in English and Hindi • Experience using Zoho CRM or similar tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) • Hands-on with lead generation tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc. • Basic understanding of cloud or IT services (or willingness to learn) • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Bachelor’s degree preferred (any stream) Please fill the below Google Form to get the interview process started: -
