Designation : Program Associate Relevant Experience: Minimum 1 year in any of the four thematic areas – Health, Education, Environment, or Livelihood Job Responsibilities: ●    Assist in drafting concept notes, proposals, project reports, and communication documents ●    Support the planning and execution of projects across thematic areas ●    Conduct secondary research and compile relevant data to support ongoing and new programs ●    Coordinate with field teams, partner organizations, and internal stakeholders ●    Track progress of program deliverables and assist in timely reporting ●    Assist in documentation, case studies, and success stories ●    Be available for field visits and on-ground assessments whenever required Who You Should Be●     Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the development sector ●     Hands-on exposure to any one or more thematic areas: Health, Education, Environment, or Livelihood ●     Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are a must ●     Ability to structure documents, analyze data, and contribute to proposal writing ●     Comfortable with multitasking and working under deadlines ●     Graduate/Postgraduate in Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a related field preferred Location: Okhla Phase III, New Delhi (On-site) Annual Remuneration: Up to ₹50,000 per month (based on last drawn salary and relevant experience) Note: Role involves outstation travel as and when required.
