The Service Coordinator will work closely with our Duty Manager. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you will collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines. Education and Qualifications • Graduate (any stream), preferably with a knowledge of Computer Science or a related field • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills • Be communicative and social, assertive and enthusiastic • Adaptability to work in rotational shifts if needed • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Organizational and attention to detail Must Haves • Proficient in English (oral and written). • Active listener with excellent communication skills. • Prioritize Calls/Emails according to Urgency and Importance About Us When IT By Design launched in 2003, leadership imagined a company based on core values—a team that was more like family than employees and customers who grew to be close friends.
