Job Title: Social Media Manager Job Type: On-site Location: Aiims road, jodhpur Working Days: 6 Days a Week Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year ⸻ Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Social Media Manager to join our on-site team. The ideal candidate must be well-versed with the end-to-end execution of social media strategies, community management, and basic performance marketing. The role also involves internal coordination, automation handling, and contributing to a strong brand presence across digital platforms. ⸻ Key Responsibilities:  • Community Management: Build, engage, and manage online communities across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, etc.  • Social Media Execution: Plan, create, schedule, and publish content across various social media platforms. Ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment.  • Performance Marketing (Basic Level): Support in running and analyzing basic paid campaigns on Meta platforms. Assist in optimizing for reach, engagement, and conversions.  • Internal Coordination: Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure timely and efficient execution of campaigns and strategies.  • Automation Knowledge: Use and manage Instagram and WhatsApp automation tools (e.g.,interakt, manychat, aisensy and similar) to enhance customer interaction and engagement. ⸻ Required Skills & Qualifications:  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in managing social media platforms.  • Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and their algorithm updates.  • Basic understanding of paid ad strategies and campaign metrics.  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  • Familiarity with automation tools for Instagram and WhatsApp.  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. ⸻ Preferred Qualifications (Bonus):  • Experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, interakt, manychat or similar.  • Understanding of audience insights and content performance analytics. ⸻ Why Join Us?  • Opportunity to work in a fast-paced and creative environment.  • Be part of a growing brand with meaningful community impact.  • Contribute your ideas and be heard. ⸻ To Apply: Send your resume and portfolio (if any) to with the subject: Application for Social Media Manager.
