Responsibilities: • Working on first level of documentation for reactive non-strategy tenders • Pre-Sales engineer for unmanaged partner for Foundation level products • Build competency and certification for unmanaged partner (As of now it is not followed up) • Follow up with Webinar – Boot camp – events (after events and Webinar, following up with the technical attendees) Job Requirements: • Excellent written and verbal Communication skills (Mail and Document) • Should able to draft first level technical proposal • Good technical knowledge of Networking concepts and Cyber Security • Advanced understanding of Windows and Linux OS • Preferably Engineering Graduate or currently attending a post-secondary program • Working knowledge on MS Visio • Familiarity with Enterprise Software / Data Center will be added advantage • Basic scripting knowledge will be added advantage With Estimated Timeline Recruitment Process (approx. 2–3 weeks total): 1) Resume review (1–3 business days) 2) Introductory call with Recruiter (30 min) 3) Interview with Hiring Manager (60 min) 4) Optional final interview (if needed) 5) Offer & reference check
