Position: Dean – Faculty Excellence & Professional Growth Location: Barasat Key Responsibilities: Design and implement institutional Faculty Development Programs (FDPs) and capacity-building workshops. Facilitate faculty participation in national/international FDPs, particularly from IITs, IIMs, NITs, and foreign universities. Oversee mentorship and appraisal frameworks for faculty growth. Enhance faculty visibility in academic/research networks through publications, conferences, and memberships. Drive faculty-centric policy reforms and performance benchmarking. Conduct structured feedback and impact assessment mechanisms to improve teaching-learning practices. Desired Profile: Ph.D. with at least 10 years of experience in academic leadership, faculty development, or HRD roles in a university or reputed institute. Strong record in faculty mentorship, research engagement, and institutional development. Demonstrated experience in organizing and facilitating FDPs and performance evaluations.
