We value integrity, mindfulness, and lifelong learning. Role Overview We are seeking a dedicated and holistic-minded Doctor (Allopathy ) to join our team long-term. The role goes beyond conventional practice—this is about becoming part of a shared journey. You’ll work closely with our lead doctor, assisting in surgeries, seeing patients in OPD, and contributing to ongoing education, research, and community outreach. This is a chance to immerse yourself in meaningful work in a nurturing, organic setting where professional development and personal growth go hand in hand. ⸻ Key Responsibilities • Surgical Assistance Assist in minor and major surgeries as per specialty and training (training can also be provided if needed). • Outpatient Consultations (OPD) Conduct consultations with patients, with an emphasis on listening, personalized care, and integrative approaches. • Follow-up & Inpatient Care Support patient management, from admission to discharge, with focus on continuity of care. • Academic & Educational Engagement Participate in or lead discussions, case reviews, teaching sessions, journal clubs, and ongoing training. • Clinical Documentation Maintain clean, thoughtful patient records that reflect both technical accuracy and clinical insight. • Holistic Collaboration Work with other practitioners (including allied therapies if applicable) in a team that values cross-disciplinary learning. ⸻ What We’re Looking For • Qualification: MBBS Valid registration with relevant medical council • Experience: 0–5 years (fresh, driven graduates are welcome if aligned with our ethos) • Mindset: • Interest in long-term collaboration • Open to learning (including surgical and integrative practices) • Kind, grounded, and motivated by service • Values cleanliness, nature, and mindful practice • Skills (Bonus): • Basic surgical skills • Familiarity with EMRs or comfortable adapting • Public speaking or educational involvement ⸻ Why Work With Us • Organic Work Environment – Surrounded by green spaces, plant-based medicines, and natural light •
