The ideal candidate will have strong design capabilities, a passion for green building practices, and the ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines. Key Responsibilities: Conceptualize and develop architectural designs for farm plots, villas, and eco-friendly structures. Integrate sustainable architecture principles, including energy efficiency, water conservation, and green materials. Collaborate with engineers, landscapers, and project managers to ensure seamless project execution. Prepare and present design proposals, 3D models, and technical drawings. Ensure compliance with local building codes, environmental regulations, and safety standards. Oversee project timelines, ensuring deliverables are met within the stipulated deadlines. Conduct site visits and provide solutions for design and execution challenges. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture. Proven experience in designing farmhouses, villas, and sustainable structures. Strong knowledge of eco-friendly materials, passive design strategies, and green certifications. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or other design software. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in landscape architecture or agriculture-focused projects.
