Exp Range : 4 to 7 Yrs Notice Period : Preferring early joiner Mandatory Skills : Cisco CUCM, Cisco Call Manager, Cisco UCCE, Voice Gateway, Cube, Voice Engineer, Voice Support, cvp, icm Roles & Responsibilities Skills must have -Cisco CUCM, Cisco Call Manager, Cisco UCCE, Voice Gateway, CUBE Willing to working in Night Shifts and work from office. Resolve user helpdesk tickets within SLA. Proactively manage and maintain the voice network infrastructure, including hardware, software, and configurations. Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to voice systems and network infrastructure. Monitor network utilization, optimize system performance, and ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLA). Work with IT teams, vendors, and end-users to provide high-quality voice communication solutions.
