P&L Ownership & Commercial Acumen Ability to own and drive profitability for online channels, including forecasting, pricing hygiene, and inventory planning. Data-Driven & Analytical Skills Strong command of metrics like ROAS, CAC, AOV, CTR, CVR; proficiency in tools like Excel and Google Analytics to optimize performance. Performance Marketing Knowledge Hands-on understanding of digital marketing strategies, campaign optimization, and funnel analysis for D2C and marketplaces.
