Account Director — Digital Location: Hyderabad  Reports to: Senior management team About the Role As an Account Director  at our digital-first agency Rabbit Digital Branding Solutions , you’ll be the senior custodian of client relationships, trusted advisor, and strategic partner to brands looking to grow and transform in the digital space. You’ll lead and mentor account teams, ensure delivery of exceptional work, drive organic growth, and keep the agency’s reputation strong through insight-driven, result-oriented solutions. Key Responsibilities Client Leadership Serve as the senior point of contact for key clients; build trusted, long-term partnerships. Understand clients’ businesses, brand goals, and market landscape to deliver proactive solutions. Lead strategic conversations and presentations with senior client stakeholders. Team Management Manage and mentor a team of account managers and executives. Delegate tasks effectively, ensuring the team is motivated and delivering to deadlines. Promote collaboration with internal departments -creative, strategy, media, tech, and production. Campaign Oversight & Delivery Oversee end-to-end planning and execution of integrated digital campaigns — social, performance, content, influencer, website/app builds, or digital activations. Ensure projects meet strategic objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Resolve challenges proactively and manage client expectations smoothly. Business Growth Identify opportunities for organic growth within existing accounts. Identify new business opportunities, pitch and win them.  Work closely with our mainline team to upsell digital services and capabilities. Financial Management Develop account budgets, forecasts, and scopes of work. Ensure timely invoicing and monitor account profitability. Thought Leadership Stay ahead of digital trends, platforms, and consumer behaviour. Bring fresh insights to clients and the agency team. Champion innovation and best practices in all client deliverables. Key Skills & Experience 7–10 years of experience in client servicing/account management in a digital or integrated agency, with at least 2–3 years in a senior account lead role. Proven experience managing large accounts and multi-disciplinary teams. Strong knowledge of digital channels — paid media, social, content, performance marketing, web/app builds, SEO/SEM. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence to manage senior client stakeholders. Sharp strategic thinking with the ability to translate briefs into actionable, impactful solutions. Skilled in budgeting, scoping, and resource planning.
