We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Lead Generator to support our business development efforts in the recruitment and staffing sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating contact, and generating qualified leads to build a strong pipeline for our sales and recruitment teams. Key Responsibilities: • Research and identify potential clients across industries for recruitment and staffing services • Generate new business leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, emails, and online platforms • Qualify leads based on business needs and decision-making authority • Maintain and update lead database with accurate and timely information • Coordinate with the sales/recruitment team for lead handover and follow-ups • Schedule introductory meetings and presentations for the business development team • Track and report weekly/monthly lead generation performance • Maintain a high level of professionalism and client service in all communication
