They handle both online and offline leads, maintain records, and support marketing and sales efforts including digital platforms and exhibitions.---Key Responsibilities:Handle inquiries from IndiaMART, Google Ads, company website, exhibitions, and other digital platforms.Coordinate and monitor sales orders, deliveries, and invoicing processes.Respond promptly to customer queries, provide product information, and direct leads to the appropriate sales executives.Maintain and update customer databases and sales records (e.g., CRM systems).Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and product presentations.Coordinate participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events — including setup, logistics, and lead capture.Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team and manage their calendars.Track and report on lead sources, inquiry status, and sales conversions.Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and pending payments.Communicate with clients regarding orders, complaints, and service feedback.Collaborate with marketing to ensure consistent follow-up on campaign-generated leads.Support inventory coordination with warehouse/logistics departments.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.1–3 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role.Hands-on experience handling online sales portals like IndiaMART and managing Google Ads leads.Familiarity with CRM systems and digital lead management tools.Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Preferred Attributes:Experience managing exhibitions, trade fairs, or promotional events.Background in handling online B2B/B2C sales inquiries.Strong follow-up and customer service orientation.Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
