Job Title: All India Sales Manager – Business Development Department: Sales & Business Development Location: PAN India (Headquartered at Pune, Maharashtra) Experience: 10 to 15 Years Salary: ₹20 Lpa – ₹25 Lpa (Based on experience and knowledge) Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred About Givven Logistics Pvt. Ltd Givven Logistics is a leading name in integrated logistics and freight forwarding solutions across India and abroad. We offer seamless air, ocean, and surface transportation services, warehousing, customs clearance, and 3PL solutions. We are expanding rapidly and are looking for a dynamic leader to drive national sales growth. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the national sales strategy for freight forwarding and logistics services across India. Develop and implement business development plans to achieve revenue targets. Identify and establish relationships with high-value clients across verticals (Automotive, Engineering, FMCG, etc.). Build and lead a high-performing, multi-location sales team with regional targets. Drive key account management and customer retention strategies. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing to stay ahead in the market. Collaborate with internal departments (operations, customs, documentation, finance) to ensure service excellence. Report directly to the senior management with sales performance dashboards and forecasts. Lead participation in major logistics expos, trade events, and networking forums. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain (MBA preferred). 10–15 years of experience in freight forwarding / logistics sales with at least 3–5 years in a national/regional leadership role. Strong knowledge of international trade, multimodal logistics, freight pricing, and Incoterms. Excellent leadership, team-building, and communication skills. Proven track record in achieving high-revenue sales targets. Willingness to travel extensively across India for business growth.
