About the Role We’re looking for a detail-oriented Production Planner to join our production team. This is a hybrid role that bridges creative ambition with structured planning—ideal for someone who understands client expectations, timelines, and agency dynamics but wants to build in the production world. You will work closely with producers, directors, and account teams to plan, track, and deliver high-quality ad films and branded content. Key Responsibilities Production Planning & Tracking Create and maintain production timelines, schedules, and trackers Work with producers to ensure delivery milestones are met across pre, shoot, and post Flag delays or risks early and proactively problem-solve Client & Agency Coordination Act as the point of contact for agency teams, brand teams, and internal stakeholders Coordinate briefs, PPMs, approvals, and feedback rounds Maintain clarity and documentation across all project communications Internal Workflows Support producers by organizing documents, decks, and production paperwork Ensure internal teams are aligned on timelines, shoot dates, and deliverables Track versioning, file transfers, and handovers to post Project Management Maintain production calendars across multiple projects Keep a close eye on budgets, ensuring efficient use of time and resources Ensure that legal, compliance, and usage documentation are in place Requirements 3–6 years of experience in account management, production coordination, or project management Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Highly organized with a knack for planning and follow-through Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-project environment Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and project management tools Good to Have Prior experience working in or with production companies Understanding of ad film and branded content workflows Exposure to working with global agency or brand teams
