Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a New Product Development Engineer located in Bengaluru. The New Product Development Engineer will be responsible for designing product architecture and developing new products, and overseeing product development from 2D design to production. Daily tasks include collaboration with cross-functional teams, prototyping, testing, and refining product designs to ensure they meet both safety and performance standards. Qualifications Mechanical Engineering and Product Design / Development skills Experience in New Product Development (NPD) and New Product Intrduction (NPI) Strong Communication skills for effective collaboration - English and Hindi. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Experience in the toy industry is a plus
