Job Title : Sr. Backend Developer Location : Hyderabad (Work from Office) Job Type : Full-time Experience : Minimum 5+ years (including 2+ years in AI/ML-integrated systems) CTC : ₹5 – ₹20 LPA (Based on experience and expertise) About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Backend Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on backend development experience , with at least 2 years of exposure to AI/ML-related systems . You’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining robust backend services and APIs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, scalable web applications. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain backend services and scalable web applications Build and manage RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code Collaborate with frontend and UI/UX teams for seamless user experience Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security Participate in code reviews, testing (unit/integration), and debugging Work closely with product and data science teams to implement AI-driven features Troubleshoot production issues and improve system reliability Requirements Minimum 5+ years of professional backend development experience At least 2 years of experience working with AI/ML-driven platforms or data pipelines Strong command of backend technologies like Node.js and Python Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) Familiarity with Git and version control workflows Solid understanding of software engineering best practices , Agile/Scrum methodologies Strong communication and problem-solving skills Nice to Have Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) Knowledge of Docker , Kubernetes , and container orchestration Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines , DevOps practices Exposure to testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or PyTest Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Flexible working hours Career growth & upskilling opportunities Health and wellness programs Opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI/ML solutions
