Job Title: Chief Operating Officer Location: Banjara Hills – Road No,10 Experience: 15+ Years Notice Period: Immediately Available Budget: 50 Lacs/annum+perks Summary : The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is the critical integrator and translator of Maheswari Mega Ventures Limited strategic vision into daily practice and operations. The ideal candidate should be a dot-connector, systems thinker, anticipator, and empathic leader able to align various departments, perspectives and goals into a cohesive operation. Responsibilities: Collaborate and work closely with Directors and Promoters of the Company in setting and driving organizational vision, operations strategy, and hiring levels. Will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of operations across all functions from land acquisition to project execution, sales, marketing and post-handover services. Bring clarity and purpose and should be a champion for developing, coordinating and executing the strategic plan across teams. Translate strategy into actionable steps for growth, implementing organization-wide goal setting, performance management. Collaborate with all departments to connect dots and ensure that work, projects and tasks are completed with high quality and meets deadlines. Establish, define, track, KPIs for each function (Sales and Marketing, Projects, Accounts & Finance) and track regularly for performance improvement and service delivery to ensure excellence. Design and implement SOP’s across all functional areas – front desk, housekeeping, IT, maintenance, and client experience. Provide day-to-day leadership in support of the organization’s strategic plan, mission, core values and objectives. Oversee company operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture that ensures team members can thrive and that organizational goals are met. Manage capital investments and expenses aggressively to ensure that the company achieves targets for growth and profitability. Work closely with Finance in monitoring P&L, cash flows, tax planning and optimize financial performance. Ensure quality control, cost optimization, and risk mitigation across all development phases of departments. Ensure compliance with national and local business regulations and take appropriate action when necessary. Ensure effective recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance management and retention. Ideal Candidate Profile Proven track record (15+ years) in senior leadership roles in Real Estate/Infrastructure/Construction industry Strong understanding of end-to-end project lifecycle, business operations & Financials Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, Must have led large Projects across different locations.
