Job Overview We are looking for a creative and technically skilled UI/UX Designer with a solid foundation in user-centered design and proven experience in developing engaging and intuitive conversational user interfaces . This role focuses on designing seamless experiences across platforms such as Web, Mobile, Microsoft Teams, and Slack , with a strong emphasis on the ServiceNow Virtual Agent framework. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ServiceNow Service Portal and Virtual Agent customization, excellent UI development skills, and the ability to turn complex business requirements into elegant, user-friendly designs. Key Responsibilities Design and optimize conversational interfaces for ServiceNow Virtual Agent , ensuring consistency across Web, Mobile, MS Teams, and Slack . Build and maintain Figma files , reusable components, and design systems to ensure scalable and consistent UI patterns. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into detailed FRS (Functional Requirement Specifications) and wireframes. Develop visualizations , user flows , and high-fidelity prototypes using tools such as Figma , Adobe XD , or Sketch . Customize and implement ServiceNow Virtual Agent widgets and UI components using HTML , CSS , JavaScript , and AngularJS within the Service Portal framework . Conduct user research , perform usability testing , and refine designs based on feedback and analytics. Ensure the accessibility , responsiveness , and performance of UI designs across all supported platforms. Maintain up-to-date design documentation , adhering to ServiceNow UX guidelines and Cloudologic branding standards. Work closely with Agile/Scrum teams to deliver high-quality UI/UX components in a collaborative and iterative manner. Required Skills & Experience 7–9 years of experience in UI/UX design for enterprise-level applications . Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow , specifically Virtual Agent and Service Portal customization. Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript , and AngularJS . Expertise in Figma for designing and maintaining scalable component libraries and mockups. Experience designing chatbot interfaces and working knowledge of conversational UX best practices. Strong understanding of accessibility standards , responsive design , and UX principles . Proven ability to convert business needs into comprehensive FRS documentation and UI design deliverables. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with NLU (Natural Language Understanding) concepts and conversational AI design. Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer , NLU Studio , and Virtual Agent Designer . Working knowledge of ServiceNow UI policies , UI scripts , and custom widget development . Exposure to multichannel chatbot deployments , including MS Teams , Slack , and mobile platforms . Experience in Agile/Scrum environments with strong collaboration and communication skills.
