This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations, optimizing tax strategies, and managing tax-related risks. You will lead key areas such as tax accounting, planning, and compliance, while also handling audits and representing the company before tax authorities. What will you do: Oversee routine Direct Tax and Transfer Pricing compliance in India and International jurisdiction Prepare and review corporate tax returns , transfer pricing documentation, tax certifications, and withholding tax filings to ensure timely and accurate submissions. Collaborate with the corporate finance team on quarterly tax provisions , advance tax calculations, and cash flow planning for tax payments. Stay abreast of changes in tax laws and regulations in India and international jurisdictions, ensuring seamless implementation across internal teams. Manage all aspects of GST compliance , including monthly and annual returns, input tax credit monitoring, and reconciliation. Coordinate the rollout and execution of the Invoice Management System (IMS) and other major GST-related initiatives. Support tax litigation efforts and represent the company before tax and appellate authorities as needed. Liaise with external consultants to manage litigation, resolve disputes, and address regulatory queries related to income tax and GST. Provide internal tax advisory support to business operations and group entities. Lead tax optimization initiatives and drive process improvements through automation and digitization. Who we are looking for? Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent professional qualification in finance or taxation. 4–6 years of hands-on experience in managing both Direct and Indirect Tax matters. Strong analytical and financial modeling skills Experience working in cross-functional, high-growth environments Ability to thrive in fast-paced, problem-solving scenarios
