What You’ll Own:Be the go-to person for our team — handling queries, small fires, and all the in-betweens Track tasks, project progress, and team deliverables (nothing slips through) Ensure everyone is on time, aligned, and accountable Help structure weekly team check-ins, updates, and performance reviews Bring energy to the team — check in, keep morale high, and spot burnout before it hits Coordinate hiring, onboarding, and basic HR stuff — but with a fresh twist Maintain internal documentation, track leaves, holidays, and attendance You’re a Good Fit If:You’re organised, proactive, and low-drama You understand the creator/content/digital space. You love Notion, Google Sheets, Trello, Slack, etc. — and you use them You communicate clearly and confidently — in text, calls, or face-to-face You can get people to do their work without being annoying You’re not afraid to call out nonsense and take charge when things get messy Bonus Points If You:Have worked in a startup. Can create fun internal culture moments (games, birthdays, memes, etc.) Are low-key obsessed with making systems better and faster Follow work influencers, founder podcasts, or read up on team culture
