Company Description We suggest you enter details here.Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Chemistry Faculty for NEET & IIT-JEE preparation at IITians CLASSES in Hamirpur. The Chemistry Faculty will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering curriculum content focused on Chemistry, including Physical Chemistry. The faculty member will also be expected to conduct research, create lesson plans, and tailor instruction to meet the diverse needs of students. Daily tasks will include teaching, assessing student performance, and providing feedback to help students excel in their entrance exams.Qualifications Expertise in Chemistry and Physical Chemistry Experience in Curriculum Development and creating lesson plans Ability to conduct and apply Research in an academic context Strong understanding of Physics knowledge is a plus Excellent communication and teaching skills Ability to work collaboratively and independently Prior experience in teaching NEET & IIT-JEE is desirable Master's or Ph.D. in Chemistry or related field is preferred
