About Mentor Match: Mentor Match is a dynamic tutoring platform focused on delivering personalized academic support to students across the globe. We’re on a mission to empower learners by connecting them with top-quality mentors through technology and human insight. We're now expanding our Pre-Sales team to drive outreach, build customer trust, and help more families find the right educational support. Role Overview: As a Pre-Sales Executive, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers. Your role will be to understand their needs, educate them about our offerings, and qualify leads for the sales team. This role is perfect for a fresher with strong communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and a desire to grow in the EdTech space. Key Responsibilities: Engage with incoming leads (via phone, email, WhatsApp) to understand their tutoring needs. Explain Mentor Match’s services, value proposition, and tutor matching process. Ask qualifying questions to assess fit and readiness to buy. Maintain accurate and timely records in the CRM system. Coordinate with sales and customer success teams to ensure smooth lead handover. Follow up with leads via calls and messages to nurture interest. Support live webinars or demo sessions for prospective customers when needed. Provide feedback from customers to improve the pre-sales process. What We're Looking For: Fresh graduates (any discipline); BA, BCom, BBA, or similar preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication in English. Tamil or Hindi language proficiency is a bonus. Confident, enthusiastic, and customer-focused attitude. Basic understanding of sales or customer service is a plus. Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced EdTech startup. Comfortable using Google Sheets, CRM tools, or willing to learn.
