Role Description We are looking for passionate and skilled individuals to join our fashion team in Chennai. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for fashion designers and supporting roles who are committed to quality, creativity, and customer satisfaction. Open roles are listed below: 1. Production supervisor (Full-Time, On-Site – Chennai) We're looking for a reliable Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations on the production floor. The role involves ensuring smooth workflow, maintaining stitching quality to standard, and keeping track of production orders and timelines. 2. Fashion Consultant (2 positions) You will directly interact with customers, understand their needs, and ensure a positive experience. You should be able to take accurate body measurements, suggest designs and styles based on current fashion trends, and guide customers confidently. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first attitude. 3. Digital Marketing Executive (1 position) We are looking for a digital marketing professional with a minimum of 2 years of experience. Your responsibilities will include managing our brand’s online presence, running marketing campaigns, handling social media platforms, and boosting engagement. Experience in fashion or lifestyle marketing will be an added advantage. Qualifications Digital Marketing and Executive Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital tools Ability to create engaging content and manage online campaigns Knowledge of fashion branding and target audience engagement Good written and verbal communication skills Fashion consultant Basic knowledge of fashion and current design trends Ability to take accurate body measurements Good communication skills in English and Tamil Friendly, patient, and customer-focused attitude Previous experience in customer service or fashion retail is a plus Production supervisor Prior experience in garment or fashion production (preferred) Fluency in Tamil and Hindi (mandatory) Strong organizational and coordination skills Ability to manage team workflow and production schedules Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
