Location: Retail Store (MANIKONDA,CHANDANAGR,KPHB,PRAGATINAGAR,SAINIKPURI+ 5 DARK STORES) Position: Store Manager CTC: Up to ₹4 TO 4.5 LPA Reporting to: Area Manager / Operations Head About the Role: The Store Manager is responsible for overall store performance , ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, inventory control , team management, and excellent customer experience. The role requires strong control over systems, manpower, and on-ground execution. Shift Structure: ●Break Shift (Retail Standard): ○Morning: 6:00 AM – 11:00 AM ○Evening: 5:30 PM – 10:00 PM ●6 Full-Day Shifts per Month ●6 Week Offs per Month (Compared to 4 in most companies) Inventory & Data Control: ●Responsible for both manual and system-based inventory tracking ●Daily updates in POS/inventory systems like Prana, Pranago, or similar ●Manage stock inward (GRN), daily consumption, transfers, and expiry checks ●Maintain stock vs sales accuracy , prevent shrinkage and pilferage ●Track and report wastage , identify reasons, and take preventive steps ●Manage and submit regular data reports (daily sales, stock, wastage, indenting) Team Management: ●Lead a team of butchers, CSAs (Customer Service Associates), riders, and helpers ●Create duty rosters, allocate tasks, and ensure punctuality & grooming ●Maintain discipline , handle leaves/absences, and take corrective action where needed ●Monitor productivity and encourage teamwork across store roles Online Order & Customer Handling: ●Manage and dispatch orders from Swiggy, Zomato, and in-house website/app ●Ensure order accuracy, packaging, and rider coordination ●Focus on on-time deliveries , especially during peak hours ●Handle customer escalations, refunds, or complaints as required Grooming, Hygiene & SOP Compliance: ●Ensure store is maintained as per brand hygiene standards ●Monitor grooming and cleanliness of butchers and other staff Conduct daily opening/closing checks and hygiene walkthroughs ●Adhere to SOPs for meat handling, cutting, storage, and delivery ✅ Requirements: ●2–5 years of retail store management experience (meat/FMCG preferred) ●Strong skills in Excel, POS & inventory tools ●Experience managing blue-collar teams ●Proficient in data reporting, people handling, and customer service ●Comfortable with early morning and evening shifts
