Knowledge of purchasing indirect material/ Capex/ Opex/Plastic Raw material. Good negotiation skills. Time bound procurement commitment with high level of integrity & rigorous follow ps. Develop new and existing relationships with suppliers. Work on forecasts and inventories, keeping an accurate record of the process and analyzing performance. Expert in SAP MM module - create PO, inventory analysis, other MIS reports. Skills of supplier management & engagement. Consider the environmental impact of the supply chain in order to meet sustainability targets. Suppliers share of business management based on TCO analysis, lead time & MOQ. Long lead time items/material planning as per rolling forecast from PPC. Day of Inventory & ageing inventory management as per defined target. Balance confirmation from Suppliers and reconciliation with commercials. Timely payment to Suppliers and resolve supplier queries.
