Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic, proactive, and results-driven Field Sales Executive to drive sales growth and expand our market presence for our premium natural stone tiles and cladding. The ideal candidate will be a master of B2B sales, responsible for identifying new business opportunities and nurturing strong relationships with key clients, including architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and dealers/distributors . You will be the face of Jagson India in the field, acting as a brand ambassador and a trusted consultant to our clients, guiding them to the best stone solutions for their projects. Key Responsibilities Business Development:  Proactively identify, target, and pursue new sales leads and business opportunities within the assigned territory. Client Relationship Management:  Build, nurture, and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and channel partners (dealers/distributors). Sales Cycle Management:  Manage the end-to-end sales process, including initial client meetings, site visits, product presentations, proposal submission, negotiation, and deal closure to consistently meet or exceed sales targets. Technical Consultation:  Develop a deep understanding of our product portfolio (stone types, finishes, applications, installation) to provide expert advice and technical specifications to clients. Market Intelligence:  Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new project pipelines. Provide feedback to the management team. Reporting & Forecasting:  Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and sales pipeline in the company CRM. Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the Sales Manager. Collaboration:  Work closely with the internal marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless order processing, timely delivery, and excellent customer service. Field Activity:  Conduct regular field visits to client offices, active construction sites, and dealer showrooms to build rapport and identify immediate opportunities. Qualifications and Skills Required: Experience:  2-5 years of proven field sales experience, preferably in the building materials, construction, architectural products, or a related industry. Mobility:  Must own a two-wheeler/four-wheeler and possess a valid driver's license. Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently. A strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach. Education:  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Preferred: Direct experience in selling natural stone, tiles, marble, granite, or similar high-end surface materials. An existing network of contacts among architects, interior designers, and builders in the target region. Experience using CRM software to manage sales pipelines.
