Job Summary: We are looking for a results-driven Google Ads Specialist with 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid ad campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube) for multiple clients across industries. Key Responsibilities: Create, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google platforms (Search, Display, Shopping, Video). Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to build effective campaign strategies. Monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and generate insightful reports. Improve CTR, Quality Score, and conversion rates through continuous A/B testing and optimization. Manage campaign budgets effectively and ensure maximum ROI. Create ad copies, landing page recommendations, and targeting strategies. Stay updated with Google Ads trends, policy changes, and new ad formats. Collaborate with the content, design, and development teams to ensure campaign effectiveness. Provide strategic recommendations based on performance data and business goals. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven 4–5 years of experience in Google Ads campaign management. Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager , and conversion tracking setup. Strong understanding of bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and remarketing. Experience with Google Merchant Center and Shopping Campaigns. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Google Ads Certification preferred.
