Ranika Design is a leading design focused manufacturer of Fashion Accessories, Clothing & Home Decor. We are based in Sector 8, Noida. We are searching for a production merchandising manager for our recently launched Clothing Division. Responsibilities Overview and ensure the merchandising department objectives are met Create a department structure & job responsibilities To train and guide your team Analysing the performance of production merchandising team and guiding them accordingly Create process flow for the department and tweaking as and when necessary. Making SOPs for your department Managing the cost of the department vs the budget Managing all buyer/liason office meetings independently Qualifications Strong product knowledge of wovens Strong English verbal + communication skills Strong managerial skills An entrepreneurial mindset as this is a newly launched division (Approx 3 years)
