Role Description We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Interior Designer with relevant professional experience to join our dynamic design team. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, precision, and a refined aesthetic to every phase of the design process. Qualifications Master’s or bachelor’s degree in interior design or a related field, with a minimum 1 to 3 years of industry experience Responsibilities Develop and present mood boards, FFE (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) presentations, and product palettes aligned with the overall project vision. Conduct design research and maintain a strong pulse on global trends, luxury brands, and bespoke design elements. Collaborate with senior designers and project teams to translate conceptual ideas into high-quality design solutions. Assist in material selection, specification, and coordination with vendors and suppliers. Contribute to design documentation, presentation decks, and client meetings as needed. Skills A strong aesthetic sensibility with an exceptional eye for proportion, detail, and materiality . Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign, and/or other relevant software. Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced studio environment. Self-motivated, curious, and proactive in learning and contributing to design conversations. Proficiency in the basic technical skills of interior design. Computer skills Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook. Proficiency in AutoCAD/Architectural Desktop. Proficiency in Revit is preferred. Knowledge of 3D Modeling software such as sketch up, 3D Studio Max and Viz. Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketchup, and InDesign graphic software.
