You’ll be a direct contributor to how smart cities, highways, metro stations, fire networks, and real estate projects take shape across South India. What Success Looks Like You bring new, high-potential clients into our pipeline from Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, and beyond You grow monthly sales, crack new EPC accounts, and activate leads across the construction and infra ecosystem You proactively promote the Sasaa brand across channels, building recognition as a reliable supply partner You work side-by-side with leadership to develop repeatable systems for lead generation and relationship management You identify gaps in the market and suggest how Sasaa can fill them — fast Responsibilities Identify, approach, and convert new B2B clients in the construction, MEP, plumbing, and firefighting industry Research upcoming projects, EPC tenders, and builder requirements — and make Sasaa the first name they think of Conduct field visits when necessary and build long-term trust with site engineers, procurement heads & project managers Collaborate with the backend team to ensure timely quotations, inventory coordination, and on-time delivery Maintain a CRM or sales sheet to track leads, client interactions, and closures Represent the company with ownership mentality, as if you're building your own supply empire Qualifications We don’t care where you studied. We care where you want to go. 1+ year experience in sales, business development, or procurement support within the engineering, construction, plumbing, MEP, or infrastructure space Must have basic technical knowledge of materials like valves, pipe fittings, CI/DI products, or project-based supplies Strong communication & negotiation skills — whether you're speaking to a foreman or a CEO A desire to grow fast, think creatively, and be a part of a mission-driven organization Why Join Sasaa?
