About the Role: We are looking for a passionate and creative Art Designer with 3–6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of design principles, hands-on expertise in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, and a portfolio that showcases impactful work across social and digital media platforms. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop visually compelling creatives for digital campaigns, social media, banners, websites, and other digital touchpoints. Conceptualize and execute design ideas in alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Collaborate with the marketing, content, and strategy teams to deliver engaging visual content. Translate briefs into clear design directions with a focus on storytelling, layout, and visual hierarchy. Stay updated on current design trends and digital innovations to continuously elevate creative output. Requirements: 3–4 years of relevant experience in digital and social media design; and working in advertising agencies or digital marketing setups. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and Photoshop . Knowledge of motion graphics, basic animation, or video editing tools. Strong portfolio demonstrating creative skills and past work across digital platforms. Understanding of social media formats (static, carousels, GIFs, stories, reels, etc.). Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. A keen eye for detail, typography, color, and composition.
