Job Description

We're looking for a highly creative and resourceful Creative Brand Executive to join our team and manage the digital presence of 8-10 diverse brands. In this pivotal role, you'll be the driving force behind compelling content, strategic social media campaigns, and overall brand growth. Types of Brands: Health-tech, AI, Jewellery, Consumer Durables & Education Responsibilities:Brand Strategy & Research: Conduct comprehensive 360-degree digital marketing and social media audits for assigned brands, including in-depth competitor research to identify opportunities and best practices. Lead ongoing content research to fuel innovative campaigns. Content Development & Management: Oversee the entire content creation lifecycle, from ideation to execution. Collaborate closely with designers to ensure high-quality, on-brand visual assets are developed. Develop engaging copies and captions for all social media platforms. Maintain and align content decks for timely client approvals and scheduled posting, ensuring effective hashtag strategies are integrated. Implement and manage weekly Online Reputation Management (ORM) for all brands. Team Leadership & Coordination: Assign tasks to the creative team (designers, copywriters, etc.) and diligently follow up to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards. Influencer & Partnership Management: Identify, outreach, and coordinate with relevant influencers to amplify brand messaging and reach. Platform-Specific Strategies: Develop and execute specialized strategies for platforms like Pinterest and Quora to drive brand awareness and engagement. Performance Analysis & Reporting: Generate comprehensive monthly performance reports, analyzing key metrics and providing actionable insights for continuous improvement. Develop and refine hashtag strategies based on performance data. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Assist and coordinate closely with the Paid Media Strategy and Management department on boosts and Ad Manager campaign setup, ensuring seamless integration with organic efforts. Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, coordinating approvals and gathering necessary information to ensure smooth project flow. Account Hygiene & Quality Control: Maintain high standards of account hygiene and upkeep across all platforms. Implement rigorous quality control measures for all developed content before publishing. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field. A genuine love for copywriting with a proven ability to craft compelling and brand-consistent narratives.
