Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an IRB Wholesale Model Development professional at Crisil Integral IQ's Bengaluru location. The role involves developing, maintaining internal ratings-based models for wholesale portfolios, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure accurate modeling, and enhancing model performance through continuous improvement practices. We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team in multiple IRB wholesale model development roles. Position Requirements: • 3-8 years of end-to-end IRB wholesale (Mandatory) model development experience • Proven track record in end-to-end IRB model development from inception • Experience interfacing with banking regulators during model reviews • Expertise across corporate, Real estate, specialised lending, and non-bank portfolios, with expertise in SAS/Python Key Qualifications: Candidates must demonstrate successful delivery of wholesale IRB models through complete regulatory approval cycles for PD model development
