About the Role We are looking for a Compliance Analysts with strong legal and regulatory research skills, equipped with qualifications in Company Secretary (CS) and Law (LLB) . The role involves handling legal compliance-related documentation, research, content creation, and updates for our Compliance Management Software. You will be responsible for ensuring legal and regulatory accuracy, preparing compliance checklists, supporting client implementations, and keeping track of ongoing regulatory changes across industries. The position requires a good understanding of statutory obligations and the ability to translate legal content into structured, user-friendly formats for enterprise tools. Location : Noida, Sector-1 (Work from Office) Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputed university Company Secretary (CS) qualification will be an added advantage Experience : 4–6 years in a similar profile Current Role Requirement: Candidate must be working in compliance department of a corporate or with a practising Company Secretary firm. Key Responsibilities Legal Compliance Management and Risk Assessment Ensure compliance with statutory Acts, Rules, Regulations, and industry-specific legal obligations. Conduct compliance assessments through documentation and observation. Identify gaps and facilitate continuous compliance improvement. Research and update legislation applicable across industries for content uploads into the compliance software. Create compliance checklists for Central/State Acts, Rules, SEBI, Labour, EHS, IT, IPR, Metrology, Warehousing, and others. Regularly track legal updates, categorize them, and ensure updates are reflected in the compliance tool. Actively support implementation and demo of the compliance tool for clients. Legal Process & Documentation Maintain detailed records of compliance checklists and legal updates. Coordinate with internal IT teams for content-related tool changes and enhancements. Conduct periodic Quality Checks (QC) of data and compliance content. Prepare weekly and monthly compliance calendars and legal update reports. Client Implementation Assist in implementing compliance tools for clients. Provide legal content support during tool configuration and client onboarding.
