Position: Chief Operating Officer – Brainware Centre for Artificial Intelligence in Education and Governance Location: Barasat and/or Salt Lake Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and implementation of AI-driven projects across academic and administrative domains. Build cross-functional AI teams to support internal process automation. Develop training modules and deliver workshops on AI for faculty and administrative staff. Coordinate AI-based research projects and publications aligned with institutional goals. Evaluate and deploy AI tools for learning management, HR, finance, student services, etc. Liaise with government bodies, EdTech firms, and AI research collaborators. Desired Profile: Master’s/Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field. Minimum 4-5 years of experience in leading AI initiatives, preferably in academia or public sector. Strong experience with AI platforms, tools, and applications in education/governance contexts. Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and translate AI research into actionable solutions.
