We are seeking a dynamic and enterprising professional with excellent communication and networking skills to spearhead strategic tie-ups and outreach activities for our cutting-edge C4I4 Lab (Centre for Industry 4.0 & Innovation Infrastructure) . The role involves engaging with industry partners, government agencies, startups, and professionals to foster collaborations, encourage utilization of lab facilities, and position the lab as a hub for innovation and applied research. Key Responsibilities: Identify and initiate partnerships with industries, R&D organizations, government bodies, and academic institutions. Promote C4I4 Lab capabilities through presentations, meetings, and networking events. Act as the primary liaison for external professionals, startups, and institutions interested in utilizing lab infrastructure. Coordinate onboarding and support processes for external users of the lab. Work closely with internal technical teams to align offerings with market/industry needs. Build and maintain a robust database of contacts, collaborators, and prospects. Represent the lab in conferences, expos, and relevant industry platforms. Develop marketing collateral, MoUs, and proposals as required. Eligibility Criteria: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Communication, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in business development, industry partnerships, or technical sales roles, preferably in tech/innovation ecosystems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal, presentation, and networking abilities. Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-driven personality. Preferred Attributes: Prior experience in working with Industry 4.0 technologies or innovation labs. Understanding of industrial automation, IoT, AI, or advanced manufacturing domains.
