Job Title: Product Solutions Manager. Department: Digital & Transaction Excellence Unit Location: Kolkata Role Summary: The Product Solutions Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing digital solutions for corporate transaction banking. The role involves working with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into effective digital products, ensuring timely delivery, compliance, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:  Gather business requirements and prepare detailed documentation (BRD, CIN, PAC notes, etc.).  Lead end-to-end execution of digital banking projects using Agile methodologies.  Conduct market and competitor analysis to support product strategy.  Coordinate with Technology, Operations, Compliance, and other teams for solution delivery.  Monitor product performance and ensure regulatory compliance.  Manage vendor relationships for project delivery. Qualifications & Skills:  Graduate/Postgraduate with 5+ years’ experience in digital banking, cash management, or related fields.  Strong understanding of digital platforms, APIs, and system integration.  Proficient in project management tools (Jira, Trello) and Agile practices.  Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
