What You’ll Do Prepare detailed architectural and structural drawings based on project specs, codes, and design intent. Prepare and coordinate sanction drawings for submission to relevant authorities, ensuring compliance with local regulations and building by-laws. Develop GA drawings, layouts, fabrication details, and more for plant and industrial projects. Support architects and engineers by turning concepts into accurate 2D visualizations. Revise drawings based on feedback and ensure quality, precision, and compliance every time. Coordinate with internal teams to align design, structure, MEP, and vendor inputs. Maintain proper documentation and organize drawing sets for all design phases. Keep up with evolving industry standards, codes, and software tools. What We Expect from You Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil, or related field. 3–5 years of hands-on drafting experience in any of the following: Architecture, Industrial Plants, Power Plants, Steel, or Infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of preparing sanction drawings, understanding building by-laws, zoning regulations, and liaising with local municipal authorities. Proficiency in AutoCAD is a must. Bonus if you know Revit or BIM tools. Experience with building codes, technical detailing, and construction drawing sets. Strong eye for detail and the ability to produce presentation-ready outputs. Excellent communication, coordination, and time management skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines — no exceptions. Bonus Points Interest in sustainability, green norms, and modern construction techniques. Experience integrating drawings with other disciplines (Civil, Electrical, MEP).
