Professionals with relevant design experience in the industry sectors of Oil & Gas, Refinery, Power Plant, and Petrochemical and having good knowledge in the following activities: Role Summary Quality Assurance Engineer, providing support to our Head Office and India Offices during the execution of the Company’s Projects. Responsibilities • Analyzing the contractual requirements related to Quality. • Preparing the Project Quality Policy, the Quality Plan/s and the applicable quality procedures. • Managing Quality audits at the Home Office. • Monitoring Non-Conformities and related actions until their closure in the Home Office. • Checking Requisitions for Inquiry (RFI) and Purchase (RFP). • Providing Quality training in Projects. • Preparing KPI reports and dashboard preparation • Issuing Quality Reports as applicable (internally and/or to Client). • Follow up on ISO implementation activities and keep all records and information updated Requirements Fluent in oral and written English At least 2+ years of experience in Quality Management Systems Coordination skills to deal on daily basis with our teams in different offices General end-user computer skills i.e. MS Access/Excel/Word, Adobe Professional. Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment
