What You’ll Do ✅ Lead and manage a team of 10–15 Admissions Counsellors and 1–2 Team Leads ✅ Drive and achieve monthly/quarterly enrolment, revenue, and collection targets ✅ Own the entire sales lifecycle — from lead engagement to closure and post-sale support ✅ Monitor and optimize sales funnel quality and conversions ✅ Ensure regular training and upskilling of the sales team on product, profiling, and closure strategies ✅ Foster a high-retention, high-performance culture ✅ Track and manage team performance using data-driven input/output metrics ✅ Communicate the value of upGrad’s online learning to prospective learners Who You Are 3+ years of B2C sales experience (education sales preferred) Proven success leading Inside Sales teams of 30+ people A consistent top 10% performer in previous roles Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills Highly data-oriented and process-focused Empathetic, patient, and solution-driven Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Why Join upGrad?
